I have a Question for Automation testers.I have 2 years and 7 months of experience in Manual, Automation and API testing.Most of the companies are willing to provide a package of 10 LPA or less.Am i bad with negotiating or is it really the market standards now.

Does @oracle negotiate for money if anyone will leave early in 3 month?

Eyeing an open spot as a Senior Manager GPS Contracts DOD Sub-Sector Lead. What would be the anticipated compensation (base + bonus%?) for this role? I imagine it’s an internal (non-client facing) role within the larger GPS division. Currently have 14+YOE of specialized DOD contracting experience to include supervisory experience. TIA

If I initiate seperation from IBM while in the last few days in an account (End date in two weeks), what is the notice period ? Will it be immediately effective or will I be on bench for 1 month or 3 months with salary ?

Similarly, if I am already on bench and initiate seperation from IBM as I am not getting clients I want to join, will it be immediate effective or 1 month or 3 months with salary ?

I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.
