I got an offer 4m Evernorth,i have other 4m US based company(min of 7lpa diff),Tech were too easy to go through, HR round in Evernorth seemed too complicated , they were asking what if some other company gives you better package, how can we trust you and all? Will they be any negotations possible with Evernorth? So at this point, is it worthy to reach out to them and discuss or move ahead with the other offer? Would they revoke back my offer letter or would they think of providing revised offer?

I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it. Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers.
