Hate that question. Cause my job SUCKS, why else?!
Why not tell the truth, say you're feeling burned out. That's pretty much the case for every person to leave PA, including myself.
Say your ready to move on and pa is not what you prefer to do.
Depends on what you're doing now and what you will be doing. For me I said I wanted to do different work. But if it's just jumping firms and the same position idk
Basically just dont sound like you're a liability. Sound like you'll be there forever
Meant to say "truth" in my post. Sorry for the typo
It depends on what service line your in and where your moving to like others have said. However, I'm in Risk and I told them a lot of my work seems transactional and it makes it challenging to build and develop relationships with the executive level because we're constantly in and out. I told them I like my work but wanted to transition to a smaller more intimate team where I can develop, build and maintain relationships ect..And of course work life balance. Something along those lines and they bought it.
You're looking for a team. A consistent one.
