I got an offer but I don’t know if I should hold out for a better gig or push for a higher salary. I believe I have a strong portfolio and resume. The salary is fair, but I’m concerned I won’t make great work for my book since new leadership (it’s in house) is shifting to a focus on sales rather than attention grabbing work. Sorry if this seems insensitive or complaining, I was without work for a long time so I’ve been there. Potentially still there.
