My Friend (Fresher) has an offer
from Persistent Systems Limited as a Trainee (IT Infra) ,They have offered 1.8 LPA during the training for 6m ,they haven't given any proper job profile after the trainee period, neither they have mentioned any sal increment or next job profile after 6 month ,
Can anyone help me understand the scenarios here if anyone previously faced the same ,or maybe an insider explain something more about it ?

Hello Fishes,
I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?
