When negotiating Salary, do you mention Glassdoor, Levels.fyi, or a separate source? Or neither?? Looking at a role I’m currently a candidate for and the discrepancy of pay between Glassdoor and Levels.fyi is absurd (IE Glassdoor average salary is almost 40K higher than Levels.fyi) Glassdoor also has more “data points”, for lack of a better term, than Levels.fyi for this role.
Thoughts??

We seem to have a direct placement line into google, aws, and pretty much any cloud related firm.
As for big 4 (and acn) - our top guys smoke their guys. Part of that is because we pull ultra experienced former acn or independent experts. We arent as strong with our presentations, our ability to manage complex clients and large scale projects.
Slalom employees should only go to.the big 4 if they want to work on the things i listed above. That beimg said....i think the culture shift and hours arent worth gettimg those skills at big 4.
Slalom employees are better off getting those skills at google, aws, microsoft, netflix, etc
Funny way of putting it "our top guys smoke theirs".. haha..
Person by person. Depends a bit on your prior experience and clients served while at slalom. I think most view slalom as a stop along the way, nothing that would define your career
I’ve heard average project size is 3-4 people. I think they have nailed the local model. But no where near the big4 or MBBs
I work for Slalom and a client offered me a product management role. I turned it down. I don’t know jack about the big 4 other than wishing them safe travels when they leave on Thursdays.
I don’t agree ... it’s again person by person. At end of day ... Slalom has done a great job of building a cool brand. They are no way near established Big4
Slaloms tech skill smokes big firms
Big firms business talent smokes slalom
Cant argue that
