I got an offer from Accenture India for custom software engineer L9
They're offering me 24ctc out of which 20lpa is fixed and remaining variable can someone suggest if it is good offer or I can negotiate more on this? My expectation is atleast 25 fixed since I'm holding offer from cognizant with 20lpa as an SA - projects..
