Before 15 days he picked and said you are selected and we will release offer letter in 1st week of dec.
But since then they are not picking up my calls nor replying my mails.

What is the increment cycle in tiger analytics?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
