I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?

Although the policy relates to me, the name of the policyholder is my dad and I would like to change it to me but keep the same beneficiaries. Is it possible to transfer from him to me? Just started in-house and my days are full of meetings with little time in between to analyze or process anything. Is this typical? I keep taking lots of notes but haven’t had a chance to really review and reflect on my notes, to follow up and investigate or do any strategic or legal analysis. Lots of on the fly work for now. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income.
