I got offers from Deloitte usi as senior consultant(25lpa) and pwc ac senior consultant(28lpa )
Which is the one better to join?

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.

Is 20 CTC Fixed good for Senior Consultant in Deloitte India with 6 yrs YOE ? Please elaborate what other benefits can we expect like wfh allowance, phone reimbursement etc

Currently on maternity leave from a small firm with no may leave benefits. Would love to become legal aid duty counsel to get better with life balance and mat leave benefits for kid #2. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
