Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). Nothing is changed financially but in a better role. Have got certified in GCP. I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. When you apply for any opportunity, how well versed should you be with all the things mentioned in a JD, like certification, experience, some tools and technology, coding language. Do you see a 100% fit before you apply or go for the opportunity if you see the responsibilities meeting your expectation and know only like 60% of the expected or desired skills.

Have you been selected if in case you applied knowing you meet less criterias?

One of TOP MNC offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CG .
Today I called that TOP MNC same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CG but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.
