Current ctc: 9.5

What are your suggestion/opinion to choose one oppprtunity over other ?

Can anyone share the pay range for Senior Directors in the U.S.? This role would be leading small teams to perform commercial due diligence and manage the daily activities of a distressed capital advisory, acquisition, divestiture, or merger assignment.

After freelancing for years and doing well, would you consider a full time job? It's really hard to give up the flexibility of freelance, but... also hard to give up having a 401k match again. Salary would be similar to freelance money, but less time off. Thoughts?

They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt?
