I had a different interview experience with Amgen. Could someone confirm if that is how it goes at Amgen?

Interview was scheduled was Tuesday & the interview went like a conversation i.e. getting to know the project & few questions and I explained in-detail and even went depth during the conversation like explaining the steps.

But end of the interview the interviewer said that you need to explain anything like a single pointer. But today I got to know that I got rejected. Not sure how to react
