Novice investor looking to invest 100K. Do I DCA into ETFs / Mutual Funds?

In what increments (eg. $1,000) and cadence (eg. Monthly) should I DCA?

How should I spread out the increment across ETFs (eg. Equal percentage in each)?

Red flag? I use TD's robo investor for my IRA and personal investment portfolio. I noticed it chooses the same ETFs, although potentially a different ratio. This seems that it's not properly diversified for long and mid term. Should I be concerned, or just let the investment fly?

With House Tax + HOA + Maintenance + Home Insurance + Security System + 4% mortgage, is it even worth buying a home especially at these levels? (NY/NJ area)

So I just moved to consulting after B school, and It's more money than I've made my entire life. After paying for rent and living expenses, I have 6000$ left over every month. My student loan payments are about 1200/month at 7% interest. I still owe another 95K on my loan. I have the option to pay more every month and reduce my overall interest paid.
Currently I put about 3000 towards my loan and 3000 towards my savings. Cont'd...

Currently at $200K base salary (31M) - after taxes, expenses (including vaca), and savings (maxed out 401K), I’m leftover with $30k-$40k. Is this average? If not, how are ppl saving more?
