Guys!! Can i count internship/ training as my experience ?
I've salary slips to show as proof but no official document or letter HR just gave a simple letter of completion of internship
Currently working in same organisation as FTE. Did 6 months of internship there

When a company provides a salary range during salary discussions, should I automatically aim for the top of the range? I’m wondering if that would viewed unfavorably?

I have a concern...most likely a moral one. I work in a small tech company. Some Developers have reached out to HR regarding other companies offering them double or more of their current Salary. Our HR has extenden counter offers to these developers and also an "Adendum" to their contract where they are now bound to the company for one year and have to provide 90 days notice. Never the less, the company is añso looking for their replacements. Is this a comun practice?

I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. I have a offer from a good company for 19 LPA fixed , EOP 6.9 years. I have resigned in Accenture ,but management wants to retain in promising an immediate 2 weeks onsite to Europe. We're altering our interview process to eliminate a homework assignment we give to candidates. It's about 2 hours of varying difficulty questions.

The VP wants to replace it with a 1 hour pair programming exercise because he thinks experienced candidates won't bother with homework. A lot of my experienced colleagues would be fine with the homework as long as it was within reason.

What's the consensus? Homework or nah?

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.
