Of course you got let go, because prioritizing human decency is apparently too much to ask for these days. A little empathy goes a long way, but I guess it's easier to blame the people in need than acknowledge the real issue - an unbending policy that ignores basic humanity.

Look I'm on this app called instawork. It's pretty awesome. It's day work but you get pd at the end of the day. I was security once for a stadium for 8 hours and made like $133 for the event. You have the option to do that anytime but you have to stay on top of it bc ppl smash the best jobs fast. I seen one yesterday that pd $33/ hr but I hadn't finished the attire upload but it's an option. But if you are interested, get out done bc you still have to do a background check. I'll post the link. Please use it if you decide to bc me and you both will get a bonus for using it after you do your first gig. Wish I had more advise to offer you, but I'm proud of you and I'm sure Jesus is too.

It's bank security the whole thing is backwards
U were right..ppl have to have a heart..these are some sad and hard times .have a heart ppl ..the only thing about them coming into a bank is the security risk behind it...but ppl are human beings..treat folks like they are...and you should not hZve been terminated..you can take action against that ..
Not going to since the security company lost the contract and is not longer there but I don't want to return to the bank anymore
I would complain to HR about this matter, and consult with an atty if needed - don't mention the atty to HR at all, they probably can't talk to you if you mention an atty, but most would say this was not right on the companies part. Yes, we have rules, but we are also human, and should realize when someone needs to use the restroom badly, as long as this person has not been a big problem before, such as refusing to leave the bathroom.
Karma got her justice and the company lost the contract and is no longer allowed on that site for 2 years
Companies are so tone deaf and truly don’t care about human decency. I work in optical, we always have a quota to make just like every retail/sales position. We try to convert all of our patients to buy from us after their eye exams are completed.
Our regional was NOT happy that we didn’t sell to a houseless family that was only there for exams and couldn’t afford $350+ glasses per person. And they asked us what troubleshooting we could have done to make them buy….

You said your supervisor fired you because of this ? Well your supervisor has a manager I would go and speak with them. Also look into your company policy sometimes those are rules someone made up but it’s not even a policy or requirement. I would check into that. That’s why it’s good to always save your company’s handbook and anytime changes are made they have to update the handbook!
