I had an average 1st SQL round and did not think I would qualify, but I still got a call for 3 Loop Interviews. Can I expect Technical questions again in Loop? What is the format of these interviews?

Tech company lay offs….are they soon to be inevitable?!

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

Anyone have insight to what the plan is at UpStart for example?
