I had an interview set up for a Tax job at a mid sized firm. When the time was set up for the call, no call came. I sent messages for a few days. I got ghosted, or so I thought.

Then the HR recruiter got back to me. She is 6 mo. pregnant and had a medical issue. She apologized and was going to set something up. The following week I emailed her again, and it turned out they filled the position internally.

Am I wrong, or was this grossly unprofessional?
