I had an interview with Facebook for a manager role in the 3rd week of October. I still haven't heard back after that, after 3 emails to the recruiter she said they will get back to me when they have an update.

Is this normal? Does it take 3-4 weeks between rounds? Or, is this a bad sign.

Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
