I had appeared for a senior manager role in SCB GBS. I have cleared all the rounds of interviews. My salary negotiation is about to happen shortly. How much can can I ask for senior manager position? I am currently holding an offer as well. But before the start of the interview, HR was a bit reluctant to match the offer. But my performance in interview was quite well.
Current CTC- 28 LPA (25.5 fixed + 2.5 variable)
Offer in hand- 32 .5 fixed+ 10% variable
YOE- 8

I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student.
