I have 11 years of experience in C, C++, and embedded systems. I have two offers:

1. Carrier Technologies with ₹34 LPA fixed.
2. Medtronic with ₹36.5 LPA including a 10% variable component.

Both are in Hyderabad. Which one should I choose?
