I have 1.8+ YOE with package 7.6 LPA in Data Science. What CTC can I expect for Senior Analyst position at Tiger Analytics?

I currently work in digital marketing and am thinking of trying to shift over to data analyst type role, but would need more education/experience. Would a certificate from Coursea/Google for their data analyst program be taken seriously? Or do I need to look into certificate programs at universities?
