I have 11 years of QA experience. My last CTC was ₹36 LPA (fixed), Role was QA Automation Architect, but I had to resign in Nov 2025.
Now I have two offers:
- omnicomG – ₹24 LPA (fixed) – Senior QA Analyst
- CSIGlobal (client: HSBC) – ₹27 LPA (fixed) – Automation Lead
I’m unsure which one aligns better with growth, stability, and long-term impact. Would appreciate thoughts from folks who've worked with either company or faced similar choices.

I'm working with Hdfc for 2 months now.
I got a job offer from ANZ bank.
The notice period of hdfc is for 30 days and I have all my privilege leaves left.
Can I used them during my notice period?

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.

Will they release me from there project before contract ends or any action in terms of termination from job will be taken by client or Nagarro.

Just wanted to know, has anyone went through this kind of situation???

Is 150k base salary enough to live comfortably in Manhattan. Assume no extravagant spending but decent apartment, eat out 2-3 times per week, vacation a couple times per year etc and regular savings rate? Hard to get a biweekly number based on all the types of taxes etc

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
