What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

I’ve heard that with time and experience, not so much.

At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?

I left EY and have the option to take my pension as a lump sum and either withdraw it (pay 20% in tax) or rollover into an IRA or investment account. What would you recommend I do? I don't want to withdraw it as I don't currently need the money. Would the best option be to put it in an IRA? It's about $25K

I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(
