I have 13+ yoe. My current package - 27.5 lpa which includes 2L variable. I received an offer from Tata Consultancy- Associate Consultant, C3B Grade. Overall - 38 lpa, which includes Monthly performance pay 3.5L, performance bonus 4.8L, Retention incentive - 1L. I am working from home in my current company with good work life balance. In TCS, it is 5 days work from office. Please suggest whether to go ahead with the offer.

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It’s LA based & content/digital production. I’m not a fan of hourly rates, but I don’t want to lose the gig or end up agreeing to less days than I actually end up working..

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
