* Deloitte: Offer awaiting approval, recruiter mentioned ~11 LPA fixed.
Which would you choose for learning, DE projects, work culture, and long-term growth?
Also, if I receive the Deloitte offer, how should I professionally decline the others? Since I've already received Nagarro's laptop, will withdrawing after returning it cause any issues?

What is the highest percentage increase you have negotiatied for an internal position? Wondering if all companies typically bump 5-10% for the next paygrade range or is there opportunity for 20-30% jumps.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise
