I have 4.2 years of experience in Python development, and my current CTC is 11.9 LPA. I cleared the TCS interview, and yesterday the HR called, I mentioned my expected CTC as 15 LPA. She said it would require 5 level of approval or something and a letter. I received an email, which could be about salary discussions or negotiations from Har of tcs. How much should I expect here from tcs?

But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.
