I would like to know the package we can expect after having 2.5 years of experience.

1) manual testing
2) Api testing ( postman )
3)Automation testing on front end. ( just now I have completed project based on selenium with Java without any framework).
4) basic sql command which required for qa
5) basic Linux command which required for qa
6 ) understanding web application architecture ( html, css , bootstrap, Javascript. ).
7) mobile testing ( ios& Mac).

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Getting offer from Barclays for VP position with 42 fix.
They are not going beyond 40% hike on current fixed package.
Is it like max Barclays can offer?
Need some insights how much VP make in Barclays?
Also is it worth the switch with so little hike?
