Anyone have any suggestions for getting a client to cooperate with discovery. We were retained by a insurance company for their insured and he has not returned emails or phone calls in about 4 weeks. Plaintiff’s counsel wants a settlement offer, and discovery responses or they’re gonna file a motion to compel. The company has been made aware of the insured’s noncooperation but they have tell us they’re pulling coverage for us to withdraw.

I wanted to start a thread. What vitamins / supplements / medications are you taking for your menopause symptoms? I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
