I see an open position at Google and want to apply. I have the relevant experience mentioned in the Job Description. Can anyone refer me?

I have an offer for a senior consultant role at Deloitte. How do the exit opportunities compare for MBB firms and Deloitte or similar firms? Are the exit opportunities equal, a close second, or are MBB exit opportunities way more prestigious? Edit: I will be doing strategy consulting in the energy industry and looking to exit in ~5 years to a c-suite type role in energy.

I just received an offer for $140 base and $20k bonus for an L9 Strategy Consultant position. Is this the top of the range for a Consultant before I get into Senior Consultant levels? Thanks for the advice!

I don’t have two full time roles exactly. But I have freelance work that’s the equivalent of a full time role. In fact, I have sometimes made 2x the amount I make at my job freelancing. I am essentially a fractional director for one company and I do other high level freelance work. I did not plan for this or seek it out. People just came to me through referrals or seeing my work elsewhere. I also got five job offers this year. I accepted one that will give me a 40% raise.

Anyone at QuantumBlack able to speak a little about the structure? Applying for a role there and curious if you can focus in on an industry.

Why are the exit opps so different between firms? It seems like at some firms most people are offered front office PE roles when they have less than 2 YOE whereas at other firms people with the same or more YOE struggle to even get an industry job. Is the work that different? Or is prestige that much of a factor to all of these exit opp application processes?

A recruiter reached out to me a little over a month ago for a role with a start-up company. I went through the 1st interview with the hiring manager. I asked him if their were any concerns with me as a candidate, he said my technical background. However, my other strengths outweighed that concern.
I moved on to the 2nd & 3rd interview.
2:30ish pm I received a call about the job offer. Recruiter sent the offer letter through approval. CEO didn’t agree with decision & they will not move forward.

My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!"
