Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?

Working for Deloitte. To preface I’ve been an FTE at large insurance/healthcare companies for over 10 years. In process of interviewing for a “Senior consultant role” location TN recruiter is asking for salary but won’t tell me what range is. Can someone provide me a ballpark figure working in cloud. Also would you consider this a step up career wise? I’m currently a EUT Architect

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Can one switch from Deloitte India to Deloitte USI ?

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
