Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. I think cognizant has the worst HRs, like i dropped an email a couple of weeks ago to re-negotiate my offer but they didn't care to respond. I have joined cognizant yesterday. I came to know that office location is bantala in Kolkata. I do not want to work in bantala location. I have talked with my recruiter. But hs said offer location is decided on project allocation. How can I change the location to other location? If I leave the job will it be any problem?

Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

I just read the offer letter again to confirm this. The notice period may be reduced by paying them left over days in NP. But right now CTS is not encouraging early release, even buyouts due to high attrition and if your are billable employee and when you submit timesheet the amount they get from client is atleast 3 times more than what they give you. So it all depends on manager, even manager can't help if your are billable and critical resource
