Hi All,
Please guide do Joining Cognizant on Contractual role is worthy or not?
Current Situation - due to bgv not completing as one of my company as per CTS is black listed so they changed my hiring from permanent to contractual role.
Please guide as I have no knowledge of contractual roles. 🙏

All are fixed components.
Which one to choose?
I prefer to have WLB, job security, decent hikes to stay long term in the company.

I just read the offer letter again to confirm this. The notice period may be reduced by paying them left over days in NP. But right now CTS is not encouraging early release, even buyouts due to high attrition and if your are billable employee and when you submit timesheet the amount they get from client is atleast 3 times more than what they give you. So it all depends on manager, even manager can't help if your are billable and critical resource
