I have 7 YOE in Data Science with Supply Chain being the primary expertise. Current CTC is 35+Variable (10%+RSU). Accenture Strategy & Consulting reached out and I quoted my ECTC as 40LPA Fixed. Should I revise this or does it seem alright per market standards?

How do you navigate a job offer that is contingent on the firm calling professional references? I don’t want to tell my current firm I’m leaving for this other firm until it’s official…which means I can’t use my current bosses as references. I have been with this firm since I graduated law school (5+ years), so I don’t have other legal references. I had a pre-law career…but that was so long ago. I’m not sure what to do…any suggestions?

I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me.
