I have a job where I do a minimum amount of work maybe 2 to 3 task days than a lot of down time. I don’t feel important. I don’t feel included and I want so much more for my life with my education and my other experience. I see Job will be a great fit for me, but I want to apply because I like what I’m doing now. I am just having a very hard time like putting myself out there to get better. I am scared. I also have to work a part time job for stability 🫣.

I’m interviewing for a solutions architect role and I was invited for a 2nd phone interview. Is this standard practice or is it like Google when the 1st interview has mixed results and they need another one to say go/no go?

Over the past year, my counsel is constantly judged by a select few senior business folks (eg arguing over FTC compliance, IP risk counsel, and even simple things regarding NDAs that any attorney wouldn’t question. It’s very frustrating that my own team is the one I have to defend my logic to (and not opposing counsel). It feels like they want a rubber stamper, which is not me.I never faced this at my prior in-house roles (probably because they were much a larger). Any advice on how to handle?

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them.
