Can’t take it back, but you can wait moving forward. Just a thought.
I second this. I took a multi year break due to some things that happened in my life and I have no regrets
There’s a difference between having sex and making love. And it’s okay to have both.

As someone who waited, I can tell you it wasn’t worth it. Instead of being able to enjoy it, I was nervous and unpracticed.
Meaning is where you find it. If you’re with someone you love, whether it’s the “first” or not is meaningless and shallow.

“I don’t want to be your first love, I just want to be your last love” just find something meaningful now
Have to agree
I feel the exact opposite. Waiting wasn’t worth it. Lol

I know the feeling. But the people I’ve been with i know for sure would not have waited too long. As a woman, obviously sexual liberation is awesome but it can also create pressure. In my experience (solely in the USA) outside of some religious communities waiting to have sex (beyond the first handful of dates) is often seen as weird. So you do whatever is expected of you even if you don’t really want it hoping he’ll also be interested in the “real” you. Most of the time (although not always) you’ll be disappointed🤷🏼♀️

OP, I feel that.
I always fight the urge to fall off the wagon and just do it (had constant opportunities) but then I always remind myself that I’ll find myself regretting it afterwards.
That being said, you can “wait” till whenever you feel it’s right. Nothing is stopping you.
