Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Hello everyone! So my dream job is to work at a veterinary office and I wasn’t able to go to college for it due to my financial issues and I still have that issue. I wanna get my foot in the door of any vet office I live in Maryland and I will start out as anything I just don’t know where to start. I have lots of experience with customer service and I love love love pets! I have Pets of my own and they are my world.

Is at home service still as popular as it was during the pandemic?

My area has a shortage of vet techs, yet all three clinics I’ve interviewed with are only offering minimum wage. I’d rather not commute to the next city if I don’t need to. Should I try to sell the ROI of hiring me at a liveable wage?

I get that money is tight. But if you deny all diagnostic tests, please don’t get mad at me when we can’t figure out what’s wrong. Those tests are there for a reason.
