Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

I think we all go through that at some point, but we must make an effort to achieve a balance or else eventually you will be overwhelmed and it will be worse.
You have to make sure that you're making time in your week to focus on yourself. Whenever we feel like our work-life balance is not there, it's because we put too much focus on our work.
Being a vet is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I married a woman who didn't like animals and now she is my assistant at the clinic. Animals change your life.
It doesn't change, it gets worse, but you'll love it. Being a veterinarian is a vocation, when you save the life of a being as noble as an animal you will realize it, I still remember my first seriously ill patient.
It does not change, it is very demanding and demanding and if you lean toward the exotic animal sector your time becomes chaotic, but I swear to you that it is worth every second.
I will tell you the truth and I am not saying it to discourage you, the road is difficult but enjoy it because when you become a veterinarian many lives depend on you, as well as the education of the owners.
In my experience, it definitely gets easier. The demands in vet school are ridiculous. Sure, those demands COULD carry on, the difference is now you get a say in whether you will allow it or not. For me, I was done having no life outside of school/work. I stick firmly to my 9-5 schedule and couldn't be happier.
I think to be honest it’s a normal thing in this industry. It sounds like you could do a schedule like a visual calendar with one day devoted to having and enjoying your day off. Do a “me day” self care is important. Make a date once a month with friends and go do something fun to reconnect with friends. Then the rest of the week devote time to school and work. I actually do this and it keeps me sane and organized so I don’t have burnout
