Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.

They asked for all documents for releasing offer letter. After uploading that, they sent BGV links which was completed way back in April. Now its June, still i am waiting for Offer Letter. Recruiter not receiving calls! Ghosted by the firm or these things happen at the firm regularly? Wipro

I think you just mentioned same thing in mail to concerned HR.
Also I found that at time end of notice period they will surely ask you for your desire joining date.
But the date of joining they gave is just 2 months from when I resigned so not sure when they're gonna call ?!!
Never resign unless you receive an offer letter with all the details mentioned correctly. I.e. Salary, Joining bonus, work location, Variable pay, joining date etc.
In a similar situation, I said I can join within 30 days but asked to release offer with 60 days notice period just in case.
In your case consider this as a no offer and start looking for better opportunity. If you've went through a consultancy. Please contact them they'll reach out to company HR.

Yes while receiving offer itself i told her ,the date was early ,what she told is to share the Screenshot of LWD mail and will give you updated offer ,, meanwhile when I asked expected ctc as 23 what they did is since it was under approval they quickly released offer with 20 at first and then they raised for approval for 23 which is pending along with change in joining date , meanwhile attending other interviews will see if I could grab any other offer asap which seems possible since i had confidence after attending many now started to clear some
I believe they wont revise the joining date, and you have to drop this switch
No they informed to share me the resignation acknowledgement mail,so they will.provide us with updated offer letter ,,, already same was done for one of my friend too ,,i checked back

Omg this is not good. Don't take haste decisions like these where trusting HRs is involved. Don't worry just keep following up and calling them, i saw one comment where new compensation is also not in the offer letter. I wish you all the best.
Yea joining date they will change imo. But for compensation, they do stuff like this to get offer acceptance and then back out saying approvals are not met. If you are happy with the offered ctc then m glad.. But try finding new offers now using the offer in hand just in case things go haywire you will have an option.
They will call or mail you before you join at that time mention that your notice period is 90 days and Infy is not letting you go early , they will probably.be.angry and all but will update the joining date.
Wipro hires all year round, they need people so they won't revoke your offer letter for this petty reason.
Yes but still there are lot of people that are waiting,,even after joining dates ,,they extended joining upto 1 month for some ,,,lot of issues
Generally once offer is released they will not take it back.. just drop an email asking to extend the doj as you will have to serve 90 days NP.
Over a call they told they will change the joining date if relieving mail is shared
HR are non responsive.. U must have got pre offer with manager of HR in CC. So drop a mail keeping manager in CC. They do reply then
