I have a question regarding Saudi Labor Law and fixed-term contracts. If an employer terminates a fixed-term contract before its expiry due to “poor performance” (without any misconduct or Article 80 cases), is the employee legally entitled to compensation for the remaining period of the contract under Article 77, or only to end-of-service benefits and normal dues? Any practical experience or references would be highly appreciated..

I recently was let go (in lieu of accepting my two weeks) and I should have received my March expense check by the end of April per the employment agreement (submitted the report April 1, let go before mid April). I have emailed HR but haven't heard anything. I've got a feeling someone at the top is putting a hold on it.

I applied to the EY UK Elevate program Audit Senior. My application was rejected and immediately I got another email, confirming my application for Audit Senior - UK wide program.
I logged into my portal and saw that for the Audit Senior - UK wide program it was written "Forwarded as Applicant You have been added as an applicant to this requisition."
Has this ever happened with anyone? Is it a good sign?
