I have a question which is bugging me from the past Months. I wanted to switch the company and approached Naukri paid service and did not get a single call. Nov and Dec I used to get multiple calls after the paid service was over and taking all the details and nobody scheduled a single interview. I have 5 years of Data science experience with 28CTC. When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
