I have about 6+ yoe. I have 90 days notice period. It feels very stupid to give interviews now. I don't know if it is with me or not there is no coordination or communication between the HR and candidate. It seems very very stupid to attend the interview, because in the end, the deva is we need candidates who can join in 90 days or the location constraints, where they want candidate to be in a different location. If that was the reason of rejection, why to attend 4 to 5 rounds of interview.

I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
