Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

It seems like a cool company but their interview process is time-consuming and they take too long to make hiring decisions, especially for candidates who are already working.
Agreed, I've complained about this before. We've lost out on good candidates as a result. The philosophy has traditionally been that it's better to miss out on a good candidate than hire a bad one. But it's made growing tough.
They track employees movements methodically, and use spyware on all company devices. Enough said. Stick with publicly-owned firms with transparency
For the record I keep netflix on basically all day while I work from home and no one has ever said anything. So if they are tracking all 1500 employees every day (and I doubt it), they seem unconcerned.
They pay due to lack of culture. No junior account structure ( think Account directors and above), PM works Bit differently. See lots of boomerangs...
Can confirm the lack of juniors on the account side. The culture was strong before the pandemic, but it’s not really there now (which seems true for a lot of places)
There are better independent healthcare agencies out there. Don't settle in the current hiring market.

I heard they don’t give you a 401K match
They do a generous match
Do you think its worth leaving a big 4 pharma agency for an independent place like Klick? Do their accounts do well? I would join as an Account Director
It depends on which team you’re put on as YMMV, but Klick is a pretty good place to work imo
A lot of klicks perks are centered around their culture; unfortunately, in a pandemic, culture doesn’t exist.
I’ve been having a lot of fun at Klick and have only been remote. Only been to the office a handful of times.
