My query ..I want to Increase my salary package and shift to software MNC companies. What are the channels to get into big 4.
I am feed up with salary increments frm past 11yrs.
Kindly any one advice n share ur experience.so i can get awareness.

If u want more package, then ask more at the new company stating you got from ur current company itself.
If u r happy here then stay.
Personally, I wouldn't stay after resigned as u won't be treated the same way in future after once u decided to resign.

I was in a similar position a few days back. Just mail them that you are grateful for the offer/opportunity in hand, but after the recent promotion which occurred after you received the offer letter, the salary has been increased and is matching your expectation and thus will not be possible to leave the company unless there is a substantial hike in the current offer. Just be truthful as there seems to be no reason to lie. Good luck

If you are happy with the work culture, then stay since now you have the salary you needed. Don't unnecessarily leave a company without reason because getting a good work culture is more important.

You can always switch and come back to your current company with better pay. All the best.
Best would be negotiate the salary. Let say if both offers are same, you could negotiate with both the employers for the increment. This is very good time for you, not sure you would be in this position in future. But you can negotiate now and aim for better salary
It’s your right to choose given by laws! No harm, companies also does that, they select many people at the end they offer the cheap and best in many and most cases!
