They're offering me 30 fixed and verbally said that bonus will be of 10% to 12%. Is this a good offer? Work has been super demanding and I’m trying to prep for interviews, but I have no time except for the weekends (even then my time is extremely limited because I don’t want to completely ignore my loved ones, and I try to catch up on some sleep here and there).
