I have an offer from KPMG for 17 LPA fixed for DevOps Consultant role and the other offer is from HTC global services 18LPA fixed and 1L variable pay for SRE role and that is for a direct project in htc… i’m confused which one to take forward considering the work-life balance, learning opportunities and career growth

Can anyone please suggest based on your experience ? I need to join anyone company
