3 YOE and Accenture providing 20% higher pay. Relatively same title.

Proxima is growing quickly and work with Bain - so some positive exposure?

Accenture has a larger team, more variety of projects, etc. But i've heard of their struggle to retain talent the last few years

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
