I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?

I’m a former forensic scientist that left the field several years ago. I recently received a subpoena from a case I worked and suggested to DA to have evidence re-worked by the lab or stipulation. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

Where can I check my health insurance status in deloitte india portal? Also is there any provision for domiciliary claim?
