I have applied to so many AmLaw 200 firms - I currently work at one - and I get through the second/third/final round, but can’t seem to land the job offers. I don’t know what to do anymore! I got a job offer from a smaller firm (last year), but ended up declining it because I was in the fourth round with an amlaw100 firm that did not extend an offer. *sigh* I’m feeling very discouraged.

I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.
