3. General culture (including WFH support)
4. Work life balance
5. Typical increment and bonus levels (VP level preferably)

Genuinely curious: How do you justify working in PR knowing that you won’t make $100k+ for 15-20 years? I’m 3 years into my career and I have regrets about choosing this field when I look at my financial timeline.

Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.

I got the offer from Gartner and State street for data engineering. Please tell me which one is good in terms of wlb, annual hike, and work.
yoe - 7 years
Gartner - 24 fixed + 2.4 variable
State street - 27.5 fixed.

What comp can we expect to target after 2 YOE? I’m not miserable in consulting but don’t think I get paid enough. With my promotion in a month, I’ll be hitting 100k and I want to only leave if I can get 110k or more (going for strategy, PM, and a few startup roles).
