Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Different dresses same color might even be more common now than all the same dress. Definitely recommend that! But it’s ok to set parameters like they need to be a certain length, can’t be too revealing (like, has to be appropriate for black tie, church wedding, etc.)
That's right. Thanks for your suggestions! I think I'll go different dresses, same color
It’s going to be very hard to find a dress that’s flattering on that range of shapes and sizes. Just pick a color and material. If you order from Azazie, you can do a batch order to make sure the color matches exactly.
Yep I’ve ordered three dresses from there when my body was vastly different sizes and they all fit perfectly!
Go through azazie, pick a fabric and length and have everyone pick a style they like fitting those requirements! They have home try on
If you’re paying for the dresses (which you should), you can buy what you want them to wear. It’s still a good idea to ensure people feel comfortable in the outfit. If they’re paying, remain conscious that they’re already doing you a big favor.
And please, please, please do not let body shape/type enter your conversations with the women themselves. I was hugely “strategised” (gossiped) about and body shamed by a bride and other bridesmaids whilst picking out and paying $400 if my own money for an ugly dress I’d never wear again — all because I have large breasts and the bride was nervous I’d have too much cleavage (as if I were unaware of my body and incapable of choosing the right cut for myself that would be appropriate). On the day itself, she actually said publicly, with relief, “oh wow! Good! Your breasts AREN’T showing too much!” Permanently decreased how much I like and trust the bride. Don’t do this.
Yep. And this was back in 2015, too.
Your wedding, your call. I think there is a trend of same color different dresses, but if you do thst set boundaries and make them all order from.the same place, preferably at the same time, so the are the same color. Assuming they aren't all on the same order you can usually email the company all the order numbers, and they will make all the dresses out of the same batch of fabric. But if you order from the same company, it should be fine.
Personally don't want my bridesmaids showing cleavage. Eyes on the bride please!
If you aren't somewhere where everyone can go together and try on styles. Then either pick 3 styles based on their input or pick 2 and let them pick 1 from a place like JJHouse and have them all order samples and see how they really like them. Its free if you return them within a week. Have them send you pictures.
WhatI did.....tried on a ton myselfat a bridal shop. Waa surprised on fabric and style I liked. Then ordered different styles and colors from JJHouse. DID 2 orders of 3 ( was having a tough time narrowing things down. Discussed with my maid of honor. She order test dresses. We decided on something completely different but with similarities.
Mine all love it and they range from 5'4" skinny to 6 ft. Curvey. High halter neck strappy back.
I’ve been to a few weddings lately where the bridesmaids all wore different dress colors and styles, but they all coordinated in some way (e.g. gold tones, pastels, floral patterns). I actually really loved that. All the bridesmaids loved their dresses and it still looked intentional.
I let my bridesmaids pick what dress they wanted and I gave them the exact color all the dresses had to be. It worked out because they were able to find a dress that they felt comfortable in and was flattering on them.
